Our return/exchange Policies
We are so confident in our products quality that we offer 30 DAY money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase return it within 30 days and we will refund your money.
Refund instructions: Please follow carefully; we spend much time coming up with them.
- The products must be received back at our office within 30 days from the day you recieved your order.
- You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning a product. Please obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting our customer service at sales@moriahherbs.com. No refunds will be issued without prior Return Authorization Number.
- Returns shipped COD will not be accepted.
- Defective products can be sent back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
- All returns should be marked clearly with the Return Authorization Number (RA#), otherwise all customs fees etc. will be applied to your account.
Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours from time of order confirmation. To cancel your order, you will need to send an email to sales@moriahherbs.com with your order number and full name in the message body. A 10% Cancellation Fee will be applied after we charge your credit card. This is to cover the Credit Card fee that is charged to us when we process your order through the credit card company.
