Application Instructions:

Apply 10 – 20 drops (depending on size of area to be treated) onto the palm of your hand and gently rub onto the painful area. Massage the area for 60 seconds until the oil is completely absorbed into the skin. Do not wash or bath the area for at least 2 hours. Continue to use 3-4 times daily as needed or until the pain has stopped. Use more frequently, during the healing time with a cast or bandage.
